Emergency Services Show - Hulavington

On Sunday I took the boys to the Emergency Services Show. Chaos has a huge love (verging on obsession) with Firemen, Fire Engines and Fireman Sam so a visit to the show was like heaven on earth for him! He was utterly amazing all day. We arrived at 10:30 and left about 3:30pm. He walked up and down the airstrip all that time! HE LOVED IT!!

As well as being a FireMan, Chaos also wants to be a Paramedic... Or Motorbike Man

This Fire Engine is like "Bessie" from Fireman Sam so he had to have a picture with her

Poor Squish was pretty tired out all day. He did manage to perk up to go on the inflatable assault course

The Air Ambulance showed off it's skills

Fireman Squish to the rescue!

Chaos batting his lashes for the female Fire Fighter that walked over...

"I want a big bike like this, Mummy!"

Fire Fighter Choas - cutie!

Poor Squish was worn out by the time we got home

We had an amazing day watching demonstrations and meeting the police dogs. The firemen were all very welcoming. The Help for Heroes Bikers let Chaos sit on ALL their bikes. They were all very lovely and told him little facts about each of the bikes. They also gave him a sticker which he was very pleased with! Lovely guys.

  1. Sounds like such a fantastic event! I need to check to see if they do anything similar near to us. I am always indebted and in awe of those who work in emergency services. I think to save lives and ultimately put their own lives in danger for us make them all heroes. Heroes who, ultimately, should be paid double what they currently get!!
    Glad everyone had fun xx
